High-Quality Flexible Cables
At Masfarné, we are experts in manufacturing high-quality copper flexible cables, ideal for a wide range of electrical applications. Our round electrolytic copper conductors (Cu-ETP) are made up of fine copper wires, grouped in concentric layers to maximize both electrical performance and mechanical flexibility. We offer options of 7, 19, or 36 strands to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Conductor
Annealed electrolytic copper, bare or tinned, according to EN 13602. -
Wiring
Conductors stranded in bundles and arranged in concentric layers with the correct pitch to meet the required cross-section.
Specifications
The electrolytic copper we use in our products is purity 99.9%, (Cu-ETP according to EN 13602 standard).
The annealing process subjects the material to heat treatment, making it more malleable and flexible, improving its mechanical properties without altering its electrical ones.

We use two types of copper:
- Polished Copper (Cu)
It has a smooth and shiny surface. It is mainly used in the manufacture of electrical equipment, indoor installations, and other applications where excellent conductivity and surface finish are required. - Tinned Copper (CuSn)
It has a tin coating that protects the copper from corrosion and oxidation. The coating thickness complies with EN 13602 (Classes A, B, or C). It is commonly used in marine wiring, outdoor installations, and industrial applications where corrosion resistance is essential.

Flexible cable from 0.15 mm to 0.50 mm, ensuring excellent flexibility and strength.
We offer cross-sections ranging from 0.50 mm² to 600 mm², providing optimal solutions for various electrical applications.
On request, coatings with plastic materials (PVC or LSHF) or textile materials (nylon, polyester, etc.) are available.
