Our copper braids

Shielding Braids

The shielding braid is a flexible electrical conductor made of multiple fine copper strands. Designed to ensure grounding, protect equipment against electromagnetic interference (EMI), and maintain electrical continuity between enclosures or metal parts. Its braided structure provides high conductivity and flexibility, making it ideal for electrical and industrial applications.

Spiroid Braids

The braids are made of fine strands of annealed electrolytic copper, which offer great flexibility and a small bending radius. They are manufactured with unit wires of 0.10 mm and 0.25 mm in diameter. The spiroid structure provides greater firmness to the final cable and improves its geometry.

Square Braids

Made of fine strands of annealed electrolytic copper, with great flexibility and reduced bending radius. Manufactured with unitary wires of 0.07 mm and 0.10 mm Ø. Flat Braids

Made of fine strands of annealed electrolytic copper, with great flexibility and a small bending radius. Manufactured with unitary wires of 0.10 mm and 0.25 mm Ø. Sections from 0.75 mm² to 500 mm². On request, coatings with plastic materials (PVC or LSHF) or textiles (nylon, polyester, etc.).

Custom solutions and special alloys

In addition to our standard braids, we can manufacture with special copper or aluminum alloys, adapting to specific projects. We also offer different types of insulation, applied by extrusion or taping, which improve the protection and resistance of the conductors in demanding environments.
