At Casa Masfarné, we manufacture flat connections from our own high-conductivity copper braids, assembled with electrolytic copper tube terminals, cut and pressed to measure with precision and high pressure. These connections are designed to offer excellent conductivity, mechanical flexibility, and vibration resistance.

Design and Specifications

For the design of a custom flat connection, the following parameters must be defined:

Section (mm2) and type of finish (polished, tinned, etc.).

a) Length between holes

b) Braid width

c) Total thickness

d) Terminal length

e) Hole diameter in the right terminal

f) Hole diameter in the left terminal

Note: The lengths between centers can be adjusted according to customer needs. Flat pressed-welded connections are supplied in packages of 10 units.
